Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
My work for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) spanned multiple cloud products. Content ranged from user guides, release notes, and API/CLI reference. The OCI documentation was written in DITA, stored in BitBucket, and published using a custom build tool.

Oracle Linux Video Course
I produced the Introduction to Oracle Linux YouTube course while working on rotation with the Linux and Virtualization Training team. The series of instructional videos covers Oracle Linux fundamentals. I handled every stage of production, from writing scripts and capturing screen recordings to editing final cuts in Camtasia.
StorageTek Tape Storage
During my eight years working in the tape storage organization, I developed and maintained all facets of the documentation for both hardware and software products. In addition to writing, I created technical illustrations and product diagrams for the entire documentation team using Photoshop, Illustrator, and digital photography.

In 2018, I inherited the STA documentation. Having fresh eyes allowed me to view the doc set as a new user. I found it confusing and difficult to locate information, so over the course of a year, I completely restructured the content.
-
Consolidated the number of guides from eight to four.

-
Reduced the overall content by ~50% (1220 pages to 625) while still retaining all user-critical information.
